Mummers Parade 2026

The annual New Year's Day parade begins Wednesday, Jan. 1, at 9 a.m. at 17th and Market Street. The parade then turns at City Hall and continues south on Broad Street to Washington Avenue.While the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/philadelphia/news/philadelphia-new-years-day-mummers-parade-2025/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mummers Parade is free</a>, spectators can buy bleacher seats via the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.phlvisitorcenter.com/mummers-ticket" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Independence Visitor Center</a>. Tickets for the&nbsp;<a href="https://fancy-brigade-association.ticketleap.com/2025-fancy-brigade-finale/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Fancy Brigade Finale Show</a>&nbsp;— from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center — were still on sale this morning. We will be watching the Mummer's Parade at ***** starting at ***, so feel free to join us if you would like! For road closures and other information, please check out the FAQ page.

Will I have trouble with parking and travel due to the Mummers Parade on New Year's Day?

Everything to know about road closures for the parade can be found at this <a href="https://www.phila.gov/2024-12-18-city-announces-road-closures-parking-restrictions-and-other-details-for-2025-mummers-parade/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">link</a>! The information is from 2024, but the closures largely remain the same year to year. We will update the link as it gets closer. We take the Amtrak all the time, a great option for guests coming from DC or New York. The Philadelphia stop at 30th Street Station is a 15-minute car ride to our reception and hotel locations. Book as early as possible!

We recommend Uber and Lyft for transport throughout Philly and to all of the events. If you would prefer a taxi service, we recommend Streamline Taxi Service. Call (267)-226-0254 for a pickup. After the reception, we will have shuttles waiting to take guests back to the Four Seasons, Sonesta, Sofitel, and After Party from the venue.
